About Boho Zen
Our Instructor
Melissa has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She has a wealth of knowledge in creating health and fitness programs for all levels and abilities, and is particularly skilled at guiding beginners on their fitness journey. Melissa believes that every one deserves a healthy life, that movement can heal and that life is all about balance.
She has recognized qualifications in Reformer and Mat Pilates Instruction, an Advanced 500hr Yoga teacher qualification and Certificate 4 in Fitness/Personal Training. Numerous qualifications in training older adults, pre and post natal training, Punchfit, Yoga Modalities and continuing education in the health and fitness industries.
After owning a successful studio in the Southern Highlands, Melissa has brought her unique and caring style of health and fitness instruction to the South Coast, where she now resides with her family and fur-baby Sunny!

Personal 1:1 and Partner Sessions
Personal 1:1 and Partner Yoga and Pilates sessions are offered throughout the week.
A comprehensive initial consultation and assessment is complimentary, and a tailored program is then created for you to achieve your individual goals, working with you and your abilities under Melissa's guidance.
